Note: Currently only available in NYC. Meet with Hadar in person for customized personal training sessions. Clients can come to Hadar, or in certain circumstances they can travel to you. Price per session depends on how long each meeting is. Hadar also offers sliding scale rates.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me more than 24 hours prior to our appointment to avoid being charged a $25 cancellation fee.
